January 22nd: Solo concert by SASHA BOOLE at Pepper’s Club!

Sasha Boole is a musician, writer, journalist, and officer in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He is the author of the dystopian novel “Plyushch” and a member of the international band Me and That Man, a side project of Adam Nergal Darski from the band Behemoth.

He began his musical career in 2013 and has since released four solo albums and two albums with the band. In the pre-pandemic times, he was considered one of the most internationally touring Ukrainian artists, having performed in over 20 European countries.

He is also the author of a series of popular science podcasts for the Local History project. With the onset of the full-scale invasion, he joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine!

He could have held the economic front, but life doesn’t always go smoothly. So, while the dog Patron holds the district and comrades hold the line, Captain Bulich is heading out on his first tour in the last 2 years! This autumn, Sasha Boole has picked up his guitar again and is eager to play sad and cheerful songs with a vibe of nostalgia for the “past” pre-war life and a hint of irony from the present.
