On October 3rd, in the charitable project #NaShapku, classics of Ukrainian pop will be presented in a new sound.

Works by legendary composers and performers of the Ukrainian scene, such as Ihor Poklad, Volodymyr Ivasyuk, Myroslav Skoryk, Nazariy Yaremchuk, and many others, will be performed in jazz and funk arrangements by the band The Oscar Wild and Dmytro Aleksandrov.
The band “The Oscar Wild” consists of Pavlo Pihura and Vitaliy Sychak, who started playing together back in 2014 in Lviv. The idea to form the band came to the guys during their participation in the project X-Factor 7.
Their repertoire includes original songs in genres like pop-rock, jazz-rock, and soul, as well as unique cover compositions of popular songs. The performance of “The Oscar Wild” is a soulful show that combines gentle lyrics with explosive drive, exclusively in the Ukrainian language.
Dmytro Bobeen Aleksandrov is one of the most famous Ukrainian jazz musicians, a saxophonist, and composer.

#NaShapku is a series of charity concerts featuring talented musicians and artists. The tradition was initiated by the volunteer center “Frolovskaya 9/11” to support war refugees and good deeds, which transformed into the “SVOI” foundation to care for refugees and provide assistance during COVID-19. Now, the new challenges include aiding the wounded, refugees, and palliative care patients.

The team of the “SVOI” Charitable Foundation helps purchase bone implants, supports hospitals, and assists palliative care patients in Ukraine.
