On January 8th, the blues trio BGU will perform a tribute concert to Stevie Ray Vaughan – one of the most influential figures in blues history.
A guitarist, vocalist, and composer who remains a benchmark for musicians to this day. The concert is dedicated to the memory of the great master. Blues Country Trio GBU (The Good, The Bad, The Ugly) are masters of country, blues, and swing, performed in their signature style.
Blues rhythms, virtuoso artists, and an incredible atmosphere – for everyone who appreciates stylish music in good company.
“A friend of mine introduced me to SRV. We watched his performance at Austin City Limits in 1989. I was blown away and couldn’t sleep all night. I never tried to play like him (although it was trendy at one point), but ever since then, I’ve wanted to play his ‘Lenny,’ ‘Pride & Joy,’ and others. And finally, the moment has come – we, the trio GBU, will be playing the songs of the great master.” (c) Pylyp Belyaiev
